Trying for the over exposed but nicely tinted look.

Kat is Up side Down

Kat and her craziness.

Old Wedding Photo

Photo of Kathryn and I seconds after saying "yes" instead of "I do". ;)
I keep playing with Photoshop and probably spending too much time on the computer, but I am enjoying the results.
Here I added a texture and overlayed it on the photo.
Turned the photo into yellow saturated, to give it the really old look.
Played with light and darken brushes, diffuse glow, burn edges and sharpen.

Kathryn sitting on the grass

Here the final result after playing with Photoshop for about 2 hours.
It took that long because I was switching back and fort between tutorials on the internet and Photoshop.
I'll post the side by side comparison in the post.

VW photographer view

Whith this one I experimented with two different ways to sharpen the image.
1. sharpening by using Photoshop filter High Pass (Tutorial Here)
2. I also added a Smart Sharpen of 141% and .03 radious.

I think it turned out pretty good. I like the high contrast of the red shirt.

Soft Skin

I still don't enjoy using Photoshop to edit photos, but sometimes I guess it is the only way to achive the effect I am looking for.

I really like the effect and here is the tutorial - Soft skin edit in Photoshop..
